Natarajan & Swaminathan, being one of the Approved Company Auditor and Chartered Accountant firm in Singapore, provide auditing and assurance services for a wide range of industries for small and medium-size enterprises, multinational corporations and subsidiaries of overseas listed companies for their statutory and special audits.


We assist individuals and corporates in tax assessment, tax compliance, income tax computations and the necessary supporting schedules, as well as completing the tax return for submission to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”). Our Taxation services include Corporate, Personal, GST and International Tax.

About Us

Natarajan & Swaminathan is a professional chartered accountant firm in Singapore founded in 1950 by two partners namely late Mr. S. Natarajan and late Mr. K. Swaminathan. Thereafter Mr. R. Krishnaswamy, joined the firm and brought his younger brother Mr. R. Narayanamohan during the year 1976 and was admitted as a partner in 1978. In 1990, the firm was taken over by Mr. R. Narayanamohan.

Today there are more than 8000 indian companies established in Singapore mainly as a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent indian company. These companies are engaged in Information Technology, International Trading of agro products, software, commodities, coal, cement, iron ore and spices and produces. We provide professional services to both the companies and the directors (including indian resident directors) the investment regulations of india to be complied while establishing their operations in Singapore.

India permits investment for individuals (residents Indian) under Liberalised Investments Scheme (LRS) and companies on Overseas Direct Investment scheme(ODI). We specialize on the needs of Indian companies where by we have gained lot of experience in this field. We have the one stop services to the client for all the services.
